Intended use (POC demonstrator)

This software is a concept demonstrator for visualizing CKD stage labels (rule-based eGFR cutoffs), kidney digital-twin views, and care-coordination dashboards using uploaded and/or manually entered data. It is not a finished medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
